I offer 1:1 tailored psychological therapy. Sessions are 1-hour long, and are tailored to your presenting issue(s). The first session is where I get to know you, and understand what is going on for you. From there, I will tailor therapy sessions suited to your needs and map out a therapy plan. I usually see people weekly at the beginning, but spread appointments out as we go on. My general approach is brief and targeted therapy (roughly 4-6 appointments, or as needed). I am available for both face-to-face and online appointments. My clinic is in Takapuna, Auckland.
